💒Happy Sunday to all students of Auchi poly home or in school.............
✅Please all students should take note that tomorrow is INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS DAY CELEBRATION, Auchi chapter. All students are invited as lots of dignitaries will be available also (NAPS) excos will be available, as there will be question time where students are free to ask the school management any question also drinks and snacks will be sufficient. Please be there venue is campus 2 lectures theatre time is 10am prompt...............
✅All already graduated HND 2 students are to Assemble at campus 1 Dean of students affair by 9am tomorrow with at least one passport photograph to collect their school I'd card which will enable them to go for service...............
✅Asup strike continues tomorrow in all polytechnic Nationwide until Federal government meet their demand..........
✅To that effect clearance for the newly admitted students is still on hold pending the end of the strike, the third batch admission list is also on pending due to the strike all applicants should keep their fate high................
✅The NAPS excos held a meeting with the school management over the increment of school fees as the school management brought put fact while the increment was made as it was a meeting held in June this year by all federal institution over the possible increment of IGR as the increment was not only made in Auchi poly but in all federal institutions Nationwide, The NAP's delegate has advice all students to be patient while the situation is fixed, meanwhile UNIBEN students have been angry over their school fees increment which escalated x4 of the previous school fees, A picture of school fees increments for all federal institutions Nationwide can be found in our facebook group.............
✅With just one week from today to the Spat students second semester exam most students have been complaining over the unavailability of test book, please all class reps are advised to swift into action in other for all students who paid for test book to have as when due............
✅All HND 2 students whom are yet to submit their project are advice to do so, as there will be no defending for those department whom are yet to defend before the strike. Please take note submit and go home...............

2019: No automatic ticket for Atiku - PDP reacts to former VP's defection

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has stated that it would not give an automatic ticket to the former vice president Atiku Abubakar, to contest for the 2019 presidential election, Punch reports.
The opposition party’s spokesman, Prince Dayo Adeyeye, made the comments while reacting to the news of the former VP’s defection from
Tafia9ja gathers that Adeyeye stated that even though his party was glad that Atiku Abubakar ‘had seen the light’, there were constitutional elements to be followed in the PDP.

He stated: “The PDP is a democratic party. If you come in, you are free to contest elections once you meet our constitutional requirements, but we can’t give our ticket to anybody like that.”
Adeyeye frther stated: “The PDP has the capacity to accommodate everybody. Our doors are open to him (Atiku) to come back to his home without any precondition.
“He is free to come back like every other Nigerian and we want to appeal to those who have not seen the truth and we are praying that they will soon see the truth, so that the truth will set them free.
“And as soon as they are free, let them come back.”

Recall that Tafia9ja previously reported that that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar announced his defection from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
There had been speculation that the former vice president would dump the ruling party for the PDP, and he finally confirmed this via a statement.
Atiku stated that the promised change of the APC had failed to manifest; and that was why he was returning to the PDP.
